A homogenous blend of levening agents in action. It is presented as a shiny white powder, free of impurities and foreign substances. It is made up of Sodium Bicarbonate, cornmeal, monocalcic phosphate, aluminum sulphate and sodium.

Uses:
Used in cakes, cookies, tarts, doughnuts, beignets, and breads. Amount: According to the type of formulation it is applied from 0.5% to 6%.

Storage:
Store in a dry and fresh place. Keep away from humidity and high temperatures. Pack at a maximum of 8 levels.

In bread making in general and related fields; for all types of doughs that needs fermentation. In liquor industries to accelerate the fermentation process.
